At NeoPro Cycling, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn gear with original tags attached. If your kit doesn't fit perfectly or meet your performance expectations, we are here to help you get back on the road.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all cycling apparel is unwashed, unworn, and packed in its original packaging with all hangtags still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
